No, Sparkhouse will coordinate all necessary permits based on your city requirements. We will also handle preparation of the construction site, ensuring we do not interfere with any utilities above or below ground on your property.

Yes, we can source repurposed lumber, but the process can add significant costs to the project due to the time associated with the restoration and treatment of each piece of lumber. However, we are happy to have the discussion as some of our customers have access to their own materials.

Not at this time. We invoice you ½ at the beginning of the project and the remaining ½ at the conclusion of the project.
